WHAT IS emotion code?

The Emotion Code method is created by Dr. Bradley Nelson after more than 20 years of experience as a holistic chiropractor and teacher.  It is designed to help you alleviate physical discomfort, ease emotional wounds, and restore love to relationships. The Emotion Code method could even help you break through potential self-sabotage to live the life you were meant to live.

 

The Emotion Code helps people get rid of their emotional baggage.  The technique works to identify and release trapped emotions from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause sadness, anxiousness, pain in your body, or diseases and block people from feeling love and happiness .

 

Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute soreness and even more serious issues. Releasing trapped emotions creates right conditions for the body to heal itself physically, and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much easier to handle.

How the Emotion Code Works

The Emotion Code uses muscle testing to access your body's subconscious and identify trapped emotions. The process is simple and non-invasive:

  • Identify – Through muscle testing, we uncover which emotions are trapped and when they were created.

  • Acknowledge – Bringing them to light allows awareness and understanding.

  • Release – Using a gentle technique involving the governing meridian, we clear the trapped emotion from your energy field.

You don't need to relive past trauma or share your story in detail. The process is safe, quick, and deeply supportive.
