Terms & Conditions
Healing with Zosia
Version 1.0. Last updated: JULY 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy available on this website. By booking or taking part in any session, package or group programme, you confirm that you have read and understood both.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and purchases of sessions, packages and group programmes offered by:
Healing with Zosia, trading name of Zosia, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom.
By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Healing with Zosia offers the following, delivered in person in London and remotely worldwide:
-
Individual sessions: Taiwanese I-Ching Guidance, Forest Bathing Heart Healing, Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code
-
Animal Healing sessions, delivered remotely via Body Code
-
Group sessions, including the Heaven and Earth Healing Circle
-
Discovery calls
All sessions are offered for wellbeing, personal development and complementary healing purposes.
3. Nature of the Services
All sessions are complementary and holistic in nature, intended to support general wellbeing. These services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary or therapeutic treatment.
The practitioner is:
-
not a medical doctor
-
not a psychotherapist or psychiatrist
-
not a registered veterinarian
-
not a licensed talking therapist or counsellor
The practitioner holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Intercultural Communication, and is a certified Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code practitioner, trained in the Taiwanese I-Ching and Forest Bathing Heart Healing lineage, and a certified Ho’oponopono practitioner.
Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Further information on the nature and limitations of these services is set out in the Disclaimer.
4. Health Responsibility
Sessions may involve emotional, physical or energetic release. Some clients experience strong emotions, tiredness or physical sensations during or shortly after a session.
By booking a session, you agree that:
-
you are responsible for assessing whether a session is suitable for you (or, for Animal Healing, for your animal)
-
you will consult a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist or vet where appropriate, and will not delay or replace medical or veterinary treatment because of a session
-
you take part voluntarily and at your own risk
To the extent permitted by law, the practitioner assumes no liability for physical, emotional or psychological effects resulting from participation. Please read the Disclaimer carefully before booking.
5. Booking and Contract
A booking is confirmed when:
-
you complete the booking process, and
-
payment, or an agreed deposit, has been received
You will receive confirmation of your session by email once payment has been processed.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP (£).
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Current session and package fees are listed on the Book a Session page and may be updated from time to time. The fee confirmed at the time of your booking is the fee that applies to that booking.
7. Package Validity
Purchased session packages (for example, 5 x 50 minutes, 10 x 50 minutes or 10 x 90 minutes) are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
After this period:
-
any unused sessions expire
-
there is no obligation to extend the package or refund expired sessions
Extensions may be granted at the practitioner’s discretion in exceptional circumstances, for example illness or injury.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, will be charged in full, or, for package sessions, deducted from your remaining sessions.
If the practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule a session, she will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund for that session.
9. Right to Cancel (Distance Bookings)
If you book a session online or by phone, this is generally treated as a “distance contract”, and you may ordinarily have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Because sessions are typically scheduled and delivered within that 14-day period, by choosing a session date you expressly request that the service begin before the 14-day period ends. Once a session has been provided in full, you acknowledge that your right to cancel that session no longer applies.
[Note for Zosia: have a solicitor confirm this wording before publishing. Getting a consumer cancellation-right waiver wrong can make it unenforceable, and this is the one clause in the document with real regulatory teeth.]
10. No Guarantee of Results
The practitioner does not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement or cure from any session or programme.
Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including but not limited to:
-
your own circumstances and openness to the process
-
the nature and duration of what you are working on
-
for Animal Healing, your animal’s individual temperament and circumstances
All testimonials, examples or statements shared on the website are individual experiences, shared with consent, and are illustrative only. They do not guarantee the same or any result for any other person or animal.
11. Group Sessions and Confidentiality
For group sessions, including the Heaven and Earth Healing Circle and any associated WhatsApp group:
-
participants agree to treat anything shared by other participants as confidential
-
participants agree not to record, share or distribute anything from a group session or group chat outside of the group
The practitioner is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.
12. Intellectual Property
Any materials shared with you, including written guidance, exercises, recordings or WhatsApp content, remain the intellectual property of Healing with Zosia and are protected by copyright.
You may use this content for your own personal use only. You may not:
-
reproduce, distribute or publicly share this content
-
use it commercially, or to train others or build your own healing practice or programme
-
upload it to AI tools, datasets or other training systems
13. Availability
The practitioner aims to keep the website and online booking system available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Online sessions delivered by video call may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to technical issues.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, the practitioner is only liable for loss or damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and is not liable for:
-
indirect or consequential losses
-
loss of profits
-
personal, emotional or animal-health outcomes resulting from participation
Participation is at your own risk.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence under mandatory local consumer protection law.
